Most insurance providers, with some exceptions, require SIGMUND to bill patients for any applicable deductible, co‐insurance and co‐payment amounts, as reflected on explanations of benefits (“EOBs”) or similar statements furnished by the insurer.

SIGMUND is committed to price transparency and affordability. As a participant in CMS our fee schedule reflects Medicare fees, the lowest allowable rates.
